Owning a Spa in NC, I’m very particular about where I visit while traveling and the service I receive. I’m currently in West Ashley visiting my aunt who gets her hair done here and she recommended we try it for a couples massage. My husband and I had a 90 minute here today. Brian was my therapist and he was amazing. He had great technique and I left super relaxed. My only disappointment was I didn’t receive any hot towels during the service which is something I enjoy but other than that the massage was great!

Eddie was fantastic at the South windermere location. I've never had a male massage therapist until now. He made me feel completely comfortable and it was one of the best and most needed massages I've ever had.

I got the Master Class Facial and really enjoyed it! It was super relaxing and my skin feels and looks incredible! Everyone working was so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back!

Kelly has been giving me 90 minute massages for the past year. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a deep tissue massage for sore, stiff muscles or working out tension spots. Kelly is extremely professional, attentive and has great technique. She gives an amazing massage in a very relaxing environment. Barbara D

Went here for my birthday for facials and a couples massage with my wife. Neither of us had ever been to a spa, so we didn’t know what to expect. The services were outstanding and prices were realistic. My only complaint is that even though we booked a couples massage, my wife and I received our massages separately which defeated the purpose of a “couples massage”. We really wanted to experience that together especially with that being our first spa experience.

I love this location and the massage services are top notch, but what is preventing me from giving 5 stars are the thin walls. I shouldn't be able to hear employees' entire conversations during a massage. Some solutions would be providing ear plugs or noise canceling headphones to your clients, investing in some noise buffering wall treatments, or simply requiring your employees to use whispers/quiet voices when in the treatment area. Implement any of these changes and I'll change my rating.

I always have a great experience at Urban Nirvana in West Ashley from walking in the door to a very friendly and knowledgeable front desk to getting my hair done by Chandler. Everything is great. I always look forward to going and getting pampered. Chandler is top notch. He is such a talented hairstylist. I always walk out of there thrilled with my haircut. Barbara at the front desk is always so nice and makes you feel comfortable and happy to be there.The salon itself is always clean and inviting. All in all it is a wonderful experience each and every time. I highly recommend Urban Nirvana and even more Chandler!

I have been going to Urban Nirvana for years with massage therapists coming and going. I discovered Tatiana in the Fall and have been going to her ever since-sometimes weekly, other times bi-weekly or monthly. She targets the exact areas needed, is professional and has a calming presence. 100% recommend her to anyone.
